Former Pakistan leg-spinner Danish Kaneria has said that Rishabh Pant’s shot selection was not correct due to poor fitness. He further said that apart from Pant, the fitness of captain Rohit Sharma is also not good.
Rishabh Pant, who was the caretaker captain in the T20I series that ended 2-2 between India and South Africa, has come under fire for his average performance.The 24-year-old wicketkeeper-batsman scored just 29, 5, 6 and 17 runs in the four matches of the series.
In all four innings, he was dismissed after playing the same type of shot.
